To increase the paragraph and title size just login to your dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below custom CSS code:

body, input, textarea, select {
	font-size: 15px;
}
.entry-title {
	font-size: 28px;
}

Note: Increase the above digit value 15 for paragraph and 28 for title

Yes those are category section where you can change the name Editor’s Pick / Trending Stories to any name as well as choose post category to display in each section. Please follow this video tutorial for to change the section name as well as set the post category for each section.

To change the green bar background color of the page title section just login to your admin dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Ambition Theme Options > Custom CSS and paste the below custom css code:

.page-title-wrap {
	background-color: #89a452;
}

Note: Change the above HEX color code #89a452 to your own color code that you need.

To increase the post number just login to you admin dashboard and go to Settings > Reading there you will see Blog pages show at most option where you can increase the post number value as of your choice to shown on the home page.

All the sections is displaying a latest posts as default so the everything repeats over and over. You need to choose different post categories for each section. Please follow this video tutorial to set the post category for each section.
