It may cause by different security issues.

Hi MD,

You have to set the primary menu for to avoid auto page adding in navigation section.
Just go to Appearance > Customize > Menu and create a menu then set in to the primary menu where you can set your own menu pages or custom links.

Hello Spar,

To remove the blog post picture when you are on the blog post page just go to Appearance > Customize > Design Option > Custom CSS and paste the below custom CSS code and save.
