Sorry, This feature is not available in the free version.
For this you have to upgrade it to premium version of Superior theme where you can get lots of features as well as option to edit footer content as your wish.

It seems that you have customize the theme code. There is no more post title in your site you or your developer may hide it for some reason.
If you see our demo site here the post title is working fine. Can you please install the fresh copy of the theme once again and let us know. Also do not forget to backup the live version that is installed currently into your site.

Yes that widgets are specially developed for Business template only. You can not show the widgets in default page template.

For column you have to use above css code and there is no any docs on the column/rows layout.
You have to customize the theme style.css code or customize the code via child theme to achieve what you need in the theme as a new feature.
