Hello,

What do you meant by adding links (plural) to the footer? We have update the theme to support WordPress privacy policy link which you can add from Settings > Privacy from you WP admin.

If you need to add your own content/links in the footer then you have to customize the theme code or you need to upgrade it to premium version where you can add your own link easily.

Anyways we have updated theme adding privacy policy link to the footer. Make sure that you have set Privacy Policy page via Settings > Privacy from you WP admin.

Go to your account page and there you can see the download tab to get the latest version of the theme.
Make sure that your subscription your subscription is active, if not please renew your subscription.You will see the pending subscription order into your account page.

If you are talking about the old menu design than yes we have revamped the menu style in new version.
To get the same previous old menu style you have to downgrade the version of the theme which we do not recommended to do that.
All the plugins, themes and WP must be up to date for better security of your site. Also why you need old menu style? Is there any issue with the new one? Please let us know.

Yes, that is the custom CSS option that we have added into our theme before WP added Additional CSS option into the core.

Is there any CSS code that you have added before you update the theme?
Also if you are talking about the menu then yes we have change some styles for menu for better user experience.

No, you need not have to set the business template for the page to display the slider.You can set the page to default as well. Slider only display at the front page only.
