At first deactivate your previous theme clean retina pro and activate twenty eleven / twenty twelve / twenty thirteen theme which is the default wordpress theme.
Then rename the interface pro theme and give the new name. You are getting the installation already exists because there is already interface pro version.
the only install the updated new theme. After installation you can see two interface pro theme with same name and image. The only way to know the latest version is you just check the theme version.
Then you activate it.

Its not the theme issue. I have activated the default WordPress theme twenty fourteen and also the same problem. It may be the hosting problem that they are not providing you all access. Please contact to the hosting provider. We will only help about the theme issue. I got this error after uploading the image and tried to access the uploaded image url

It may be your internet issue so you are getting the fatal error while trying to install the plugin.
I think your plugin is not properly installed so you are getting the admin crash. So once you delete the revolution slider plugin from your ftp
Go to wp-content -> plugins -> revolution-slider (delete it)
We have attached the plugin(revolution slider) on the theme folder.
It is inside wp-content-> themes -> interface-pro-> inc -> plugins -> revslider
Copy this to your laptop / desktop and unzip it first and then after unzip this file you paste this inside
wp-content -> plugins folder
From the admin dashboard you activate it and it works

Hi!
I´ve encountered several problems installing the plugins:
1. REvolution slider doesn´t install. When I deactive all the plugins it does but the plugin admin panel crashes.
2. Each attempt to install any plugin provides a fatal error, even when all of the installed are deactivated.
Any suggestion?

Problem solved: Just deactivated the Theme, and activated again, now it works. 🙂

You don’t need to cancel the subscription as this will automatically be cancelled at the end of one year.
Also at the end of one year you will be asked whether you want to renew your subscription or not.
It’s not an automatic process. If you cancel the subscription you will be not able to download, update and get access to our dedicate support forum.
To get updates and support for the theme you have to order new subscription just click on RENEW button and reach up to the payment point. Click pay button and you will be redirected to PayPal page.
But don’t make any payment, provide us your order number we will manually activate it from here and next time do not cancel you subscription.

Hello and thanks for reply. I have successfully been changing my text colors since January. Since wordpress automatically upgraded to 3.9.1 I am unable to select “more colors/options”.
Example – when writing a post. I then select “text color” option and color palette opens – (standard colors 8 x 5 rows) normally at bottom of this standard palette there has always been an option of “more colors” but it is not there anymore.
I have since installed 3rd party text color plugin but it is a long-winded process.
Any ideas why the “more colors” option has disappeared.

I have also deactivated all plugins to see if there is a conflict but still nothing.

I got the following errors in my WordPress dashboard. They went away if I activate a different theme, so I suspect it has something to do with the theme. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Hi there, I recently installed the free interface template and I love it! Before buying the pro version though, I would like to test the featured image slider. In my posts however I cannot see the post ID, hence am not able to activate the slider. Could you please help me as I am not a programmer? Do I have the latest interface version (as it says that I should be able to see post IDs as well as page IDs and I see neither of them). I uploaded the template through wordpress. Thanks heaps! I think you have added some plugin or any custom code changed? First of all deactivate all the plugin. There is no issue in our theme and after all if there is still issue then
send the temporary username and password ?

upload the zip file and then activate the attitude – pro version

Hi I have inherited a very simple WP website from a client with a customized theme. It has no other themes to use, and the default has been removed.
I have downloaded your Altitude theme as it is simple, responsive and far superior to the basic customized theme initially created. However I cant preview it in my wp admin area (it just goes blank).
I previously activated it which caused even more problems in that everything went blank, both the admin dashboard and the main live website.
I assume this is an issue with the previous customized theme. – NOT Altitude however I would be really grateful if you could explain how I could possibly override the old theme, and remove it and set Altitude as my main theme.
