did you change any code ? You can see to our demo site that there is working fine so it must work fine in your site too. So you are getting like this. Install our fresh theme and start doing the same. I also think that adding some plugin made you site look like this. First deactivate the plugin and still same problem then send us your temporary email name and password at email and will will have a look on it.

I think you have added a lots of custom coding here in this site. I saw the code you have placed in the forum. Once first deactivate all the plugin and custom css and try it.
I also recommened you to add the new fresh attitude theme. But if you have code customization then all your data will be lost.
If you are customizing the code then dont update fresh theme. To fix the problem you may even hire the developer. Because our theme is working fine and you can also even look to the demo site. If there is working fine then it must work on your site too.

It must work fine. I am surprised how it became? have you changed any code or any plugins too. If you have added new plugin then once deactivate all the plugin and check it.

I changed from a theme I had previously that used a plugin called simple page sidebars. I have already deactivated plugin this just in case it was the problem, but for some reason I cannot get my widgets to show up in my sidebars.

My problem is with the mobile version.
1. When I put our domain name (oakbiosciences.com) in the address bar, it sends me to the contact-us page instead of home page. I’m using Contact Form 7 plug-in. When I de-activated the plug-in, the problem was gone. But the plug-in is useful for us and I would like keep it.

I activated the pro version, also tried it on a different domain. In a other post I’ve read the slider takes more space in IE11. When do you think to have the update ready? I really like this theme and want to use (buy) it more often but then it has to work.

Thanx for you sugestion. Recently its not possible in pro version also. in pro version we have facility to activate / deactivate logo image , text and disable both.
We will think about it in our upcomming version

Hello everyone!
I used to use the free version of this theme, then I decided to buy the premium one, just for the amazing features it should have! I said “should” becouse right now I can’t see any of them!
When I had the free version I have finished all the site in it (www.egadiescursioni.it), content, photo gallery, contacts …everything. Now When I activate the pro version a white page appears … and that’s all!
If a try to click on the “preview” of the theme this sentence appears ” Si tenta di fare i furbi, eh? ” (that in English woulb be something like “Don’t try to get clever with me!”)
I really don’t understand why… I paid for it!! LOL I swear!!! I can prove it!!!! asdasd
Please Help me… I’m so newbie…

If you got through the cpanel then first activate the twenty twelve/ twenty thirteen theme and delete the previous version of attitude pro and then upload the fresh new cersion. Re activate the child theme/ Then all your data will be esported from the new version.
Before going to do this first you create the backup of the older version of attitude pro.

If both is version 1.3 then its your latest theme. There must be different version. It seems that you have both the new version. So you need not to do anything. Here you activate only the attitude pro child (which is active) and that’s all

Then rename the attitude pro theme and give the new name. You are getting the installation already exists because there is already attitude pro version.
the only install the updated new theme. After installation you can see two attitude pro theme with same name and image. The only way to know the latest version is you just check the theme version.
Then you activate it.

Here is the process. Just rename the attitude-pro zip file which you have downloaded. then go to appreance- > theme -> upload the zip renamed file.
there you will see 2 attitude pro. To know the latest installation just check the version and activate it.
