    Hi Luckydenvermi
    Here is the process. Just rename the attitude-pro zip file which you have downloaded. then go to appreance- > theme -> upload the zip renamed file.

    there you will see 2 attitude pro. To know the latest installation just check the version and activate it.

    If you still feel confusion then just send the temporary username and password on our themehorse contactus form.
    https://www.themehorse.com/contact/

    and also send this thread link too.

    The problem is being caused by the 404 Redirected Plugin. http://wordpress.org/plugins/404-redirected/. When I deactivate this plugin the Previous link works perfectly.

    We are using this plugin because a large travel website linked incorrectly to one of her posts and she gets a lot of traffic through that post. She has been asking them to change it, but they haven’t yet.

    Any thoughts on how to fix and still get that link to redirect? I’m going to research some alternate redirecting solutions.

    @Jan Hendrik In our Attitude pro theme, the plugin is just first included within the theme folder and it is not active or installed by default. You could try adjusting the configuration settings first and then only you could install/activate the rev slider. You can see the zip file of the rev slider inside the theme folder->library folder->plugin folder. You can use this also if you want to manually install it.

    @Grafixer I guess you have now already created sliders with the rev slider. If you want activate the slider for you home page. Then you can go to Appearance->Theme Options->Slider Options. There in the slider options bar, choose the rev slider. And in the Revolution Slider Options bar make the related settings and click on ‘Save all Changes’. Hope this helps. This will add the slider just like in our demo in home page like here https://www.themehorse.com/preview/attitude-pro/.

    Activation issue

    Running latest version of WP as of 01-11-2014.
    Running on Yahoo servers.
    Activated “Free” version with no issue.
    Upgraded to PRO.
    When I activate the PRO theme my browser window goes blank (empty).
    The back button returns to the previous Admin screen but any menu selection results in a blank screen.
    If I exit the Admin then I see a simple default home page (I assume home page).
    If I access Admin then screen is again blank.

    I have downloaded a new zip file from the download area of my account.
    I have tried loading them from Word Press and by direct FTP. Each results with same blank screen on activation.

    Any ideas?

    I have created a child theme and made a new style.css for it that only contains the lines changes in my previous iteration. (I’m preparing to upgrade, so need to capture my changes)

    I’m running in to 2 issues:

    1. The Appearance options in my child theme when doing a Live Preview no longer contains “Header Image”

    2. When I activate my child theme, much of the css is malformed. I’m assuming this is probably because I added only the changed lines in my child’s style.css, but I’m not sure how much/little to include. Below is my current chile style.css:

    /*
    Theme Name: Attitude Child Theme
    Theme URI: https://www.themehorse.com/themes/attitude
    Template: attitude
    Author: Theme Horse
    Author URI: https://www.themehorse.com
    Attitude WordPress Theme, Copyright 2013 Theme Horse
    Attitude is distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL
    */

    @import url("../attitude/style.css");

    /* =Reset default browser CSS. Based on work by Eric Meyer: http://meyerweb.com/eric/tools/css/reset/index.html
    -------------------------------------------------------------- */

    /* Theme Modifications Start Here */

    /* No Border/Margin/Padding */

    .no-margin-left {
    	margin-left:10px !important;
    }

    /* Forms */

    input.s {
    	background: url(images/search.png) no-repeat right 5px #fff;
    	padding: 0px 33px 0px 0;

    }

    /* =Header
    ----------------------------------------------- */
    #branding {
    	margin-top: 0px;
    }
    .hgroup-wrap {
    	padding-top: 10px;
    	padding-bottom: 0px;
    }
    site-logo {
      	margin-top: 0px;
    }

    .hgroup-right {
    	margin-top: 0px;
    }

    /* Social Profiles */

    .social-profiles ul li {
    	margin-top: 7px;
    }

    /* =Menu
    -------------------------------------------------------------- */

    /* Dropdown */

    #access ul li ul {
    	top: 45px;
    }

    Any help would be appreciated. Doing my best to help my friend out, and apparently know just enough to be dangerous. 😉

    Please, I need some guidance. I am new to the WordPress platform, I have some knowledge of HTML and CSS, but none for JS and PHP. I am developing a site using the Attitude Pro theme V1.2 and currently running on a localhost.

    I have added some plugins, and also added custom css (using the theme options) to reduce the theme header height. I then decided I should really be working in a child theme so created one following the WordPress codex, and activated it. I have added further plugins and more custom css.

    The guidance I need is in two parts –
    1. when the theme is upgraded will I lose the custom css I have entered?
    2. I am getting a message to tell me that I need to uprade the child theme to V1.3. The instructions tell me to download and extract V1.3 and to add the files to the “/wp-content/themes/attitude pro child folder overwriting the old ones”. My child theme is only a style.css sheet. It has no other files. Should I be installing the update in the child folder or the main Attitude Pro folder>

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
    Thanks for the great theme. I like it very much.
    Today I came across a very strange problem when I tried to edit my web pages.
    I can’t upload pictures. And when I tried to, say add plug-ins, the system told me”
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/linge3/zdtaotao.com/wp-content/themes/attitude/functions.php:156) in /home/linge3/zdtaotao.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896
    here is the link of my site: http://www.zdtaotao.com
    Before this, I was just adding plugins and some CSS codes.
    And now even if I deactivate every plugin, the problem is still there.

    I’m worried. Can you tell me where the problem is?

    Thanks

    Hi @karakolina,

    I had this <p>problem on the description fields on my website too. I found it went away when I deactivated the Ultimate Shortcodes plugin. Perhaps it will help for you too?

    By default the social icons appear at the top right with the search box and icon just below. I would like to place them together in the same line, so they are in a row beside each other. This will give the top a sleeker look with less empty space. I’d also like to be able to adjust the amount of padding on the top and bottom of this row. (I do understand I can check the box to hide the search box and that will save space. But I’d prefer to keep the search box at the top in line with the other icons if possible.) I appreciate any help you can provide!

    I have a coming soon landing page activated, but here is a temp link to bypass: http://melindalippert.com/secondpass

    I created a slider for the homepage using the featured slider, and it works great. Then I created a separate slider with Revolution Slider for a different page, and entered the page ID where I wanted it to appear and that didn’t work. So I entered the shortcode for that slider where I wanted it to appear, and when I view the page, there’s a Rev Slider error box. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. To see this, please see page titled Yoga For Emotional Healing. There is a “Coming Soon” landing page activated, but here is a temporary bypass link. http://www.melindalippert.com/shorttrialview
    Thank you for the help.

    The text is entered in the “edit footer options” and is ready to go. It only spans 2/3 of the length of the footer and it is light and difficult to read. I’d so much appreciate the custom css to adjust these settings! And by the way, I love the look of the Clean Retina Pro!
    Thank you

    Hello! I’ve created a child them for Attitude Pro, but when I activate it all the pages on my site show up in the menu area instead of just the menu. We are in proxy so I can’t show a live preview of the site, but here’s a screen shot:
    http://www.isd47.org/documents/2013/11/isd47.org-proxy-Screen-Shot.png

    How do I go about fixing this?
