Hello

I’m having problems viewing images when uploaded — they show as ‘broken’ in the media gallery, and only their ALT tag shows on the page view.

I have tried outputting as JPG and PNG, to the recommended sizes, but neither work.

The same images are viewing fine when I link them via URL, so I can use the sections of the theme that allow URL linking.

However, the URL function is not available for all areas of the site I wish to use — ‘revolution slider’ and ‘featured image’ only allows upload.

Hi Steven,

We are not facing this issue before. What is the exact problem are you facing ? From where did you tired to upload the image. Just clarify it clearly and still there is some problem then just send your temporary username and password at [email protected] we will have a look over it.

I have tried using Upload / drag & drop from my local computer, as I have many times with other themes.

The image is not viewing in the media library, nor on the web page previews. BUT, it does work when I link via a URL.

Its not the theme issue. I have activated the default WordPress theme twenty fourteen and also the same problem. It may be the hosting problem that they are not providing you all access. Please contact to the hosting provider. We will only help about the theme issue. I got this error after uploading the image and tried to access the uploaded image url
