Can you please deactivate all the plugins and check once.
Plugins may cause such issue as well.

Just go back to previous version of the PHP and deactivate all the plugins and again upgrade to the PHP 7.1 OR Here is how to deactivate all plugins when not able to access the backend

• Via FTP or your host’s file manager, navigate to the wp-contents folder (directory)
• rename the folder “plugins” to “plugins.hold”
• Login to your WordPress administration plugins page (/wp-admin/plugins.php) – this will disable any plugin that is “missing”.
• rename “plugins.hold” back to “plugins”

Just go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below custom CSS code to support the social profiles that you have added into your site.

You have to clear all the that you have used into your site. You have to clear it from your site if you have used some cache plugin, from the server, from CDN if you hav used and also from the browsers.

Site content is in between the header and footer feature posts if you remove those section you can see the content/blog posts of yours site. That section is a content area where you can show content/blog posts.

Sorry! We can not guaranty that all the third party plugins work well in our theme. We only support core feature into the theme
To support third party plugins theme some time needs extra code. So if you need to add those tags features into the pages you need to hire a developer as this is a completely new feature to add in the theme regarding plugins support.

To set the social profiles go to Appearance > Customize > Social Proflies.
Add the full link to your Social Profiles in the textarea field and logo will be automatically display into your front-end. Separate each Social Profile link with comma.
