    Hello,

    I’ve been using the Interface Pro theme for several years and I have never had any problems whatsoever.
    Now my hosting provider is upgrading its php-version from 5.6 to 7.1

    After upgrading to PHP 7.1, I can no longer acces my CMS backoffice. The front website is still visible, but I can no longer acces the CMS. I tried to deactivate all the plugins one by one. This doesn’t seem to be the problem. WordPress as well as the theme are fully updated.

    What to do?

    While trying your backend Url we are able to see it. Can you please check once?
    There is no any issue while upgrading to the PHP version 7.1

    Hello,

    I think because the php was still set to PHP 5.6.
    I now changed it to PHP 7.1 and I cannot acces the backend.

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Hi Eefke,

    Since there was not any error message regarding to the theme/plugin. There is no any issue in this theme on PHP 7.1
    So please contact to the hosting provider they may help you on those issue.

    Hello support team,

    Thanks so much for your reply.

    I found out that the theme version of Interface pro on my website is 3.01. Would an upgrade tot the latest version, 3.07, perhaps solve the problem? (My hosting provider says they can’t help me :-(.

    I checked my theme-horse account, and I can’t seem to find the upgrade button. How do I download the latest upgrade and where to pay for it?

    HI Eefke,

    Just login to our site with the same username that you have purchase the theme and you will be redirected to your account page where you can see your order detail as well as download link to download the latest version of the theme.

    It seems that your subscription have already expired. Please renew it to get the latest version of the theme. Go to orders detail page and there you will see the pending order to renew your subscription.

    Unfortunately, there is no pending order to renew my subscription on the orders detail page.
    I would like to renew, so I can update the theme, but I don’t think I should pay the sign-up fee again?

    I am not sure where I can find it, because all my account details seem to have disappeared or lacking. No downloads, updates or renewals are available in my account. It just mentions my email address.

    I purchased the Interface Pro theme back in 2015, November 20th. I found the invoice, but it doesn’t mention an order number. The payment was made through paypall. Transaction reference number: 4VR89138Y4414800V
