To install the theme as a zip file to WP follow the step below:

1. Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Appearance ->Themes.
3. Click on Add New and then Upload themes button at the top.
4. Choose the zip file of Clean Retina Pro
5. Then click on Install Now button to install the theme.

Where you are getting 0 comments into your site?
WP core function get_comments_number() retrieves the amount of comments a post has, if there are no comments it return 0.

Login to your admin dashboard and go to Appearance -> Customize -> Design Options -> Custom CSS and paste below custom CSS code to adjust the space between menu.
