You only modify the excerpt length but not the excerpt more symbol, to remove the excerpt more symbol (…) use below function code.

You can simply delete all the posts and media and import same as you did for fashion otherwise you can just import the Sports dummy content without deleting any content of Fashion.

You can use the below custom CSS code to fix the PayPal button and h2 spacing. Just login to your WP dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Design Options > Custom CSS and paste the below custom CSS code.
