Sorry those secondary color option is not available in the theme.
It need CSS style customization you need to hire a developer for this.

Just try below custom CSS code to hide the banners and add some white space between navigation and content area.

Hello Spar,

To remove the blog post picture when you are on the blog post page just go to Appearance > Customize > Design Option > Custom CSS and paste the below custom CSS code and save.

}
