    Hi Gurpreet,

    Could you please send your temporary user name and password. We will look over it. We are not facing such issue.
    While uploading just upload the image and click on insert into post. You recommended size to upload the image if you are using image slider.
    While sending the username and password please send this forum link too and also your site url.

    I did everything you suggested, yet comments still do not show. There is no box for a user to add comments or start a discussion. Any other suggestions?

    Login to our site with the same username and password while you have purchase the theme and download the latest version of the theme.
    If you have still one year subscription you will have access to the download the update file otherwise you have to purchase the subscription to get update file.

    When I access the admin area, I see this lines of notices:

    I see this messages when I open under settings specific settings for plugins (e.g. Aksimet, count per day …..).

    I had also problems with JW player when I try to install with your theme.

    (Message: Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method JWP6_Media::url_attachment_filter() should not be called statically in /volume1/web/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 214)

    It seems that this is a bug in your theme.
    I use WP4 and I had also updated to your newest theme version.

    Pleas help me.

    If you have upgrade 1.7 version then this update notifier error should be removed. If still facing the problem then please send your temporary username and password at [email protected]

    Version 1.6 is for the latest version of revolution slider that we packed in theme zip. There is some problem in Revolution Slider so we have provided you the latest version of Revolution Slider.

    Version 1.7 is to fix the error in dashboard. There is error in update notifier file. So we upgraded it to version 1.7 with this issue fixed.

    One thing if you have customised the code then the customisation code in Headers, background images and other things else then your customisation code will be lost. If there is no customisation in code then you will not lose any data while upgrading. This is the stable template as always.

    If you have customised the code then first make the child theme and unhook the functions. Then only customise the code. Then there will be no change of loosing data while upgrading to our new version.

    Logged in and getting a bunch of error messages at the top of the screen- I had NOT updated to WP 4.0. I have now and still get the messages.

    I see there is an update for the theme, but I don’t see where in my Dashboard I am supposed to go to update the theme.

    Also, I have a lot of special mods to my site- they won’t go away when I update will they?

    I can email my log in details if you want to look yourself.

    If you have not customise any code then you are safe to upgrade our new version and the content will not be lost. But if you have customise the code then ofcourse you may loose the code.

    Just goto the dashboard -> appearance -> themes
    First activate any theme twentyfourteen or twenty twelve or any theme you have in your dashboard

    Then click on theme and at the right side there is delete options. Then you may delete the theme.

    @ward You can use the theme for the lifetime but after 1yr from the purchase date you have to renew the subscription to get update and support for the theme. About the bug issue. Please send us your temporary username and password of your site in our email [email protected] with this forum link. We will fix the issue.

    OK Guys @ themehorse

    You need to speed up your response. ONE reply in 3 days for an issue affecting multiple/all users is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I’m copying and pasting my last post
