Premium themes can not be update automatically as other free WordPress theme. All other premium theme does the same process you have to deactivate the old version delete it and upload the new version. It can not be automatically updated because of subscription.

Personally, I’m not removing anything until I hear from Theme Horse officially. Didn’t this hack break someone’s blog on your other thread about it? Plus, doesn’t it have a reason for being there, so if you remove it… Catch my meaning? Where is Theme Horse, by the way? They’re always too busy cranking out new themes instead of attending to the customers they already have. They posted a couple of times here to email them a temporary username and password but I’m not comfortable with that and since this is theme-wide they need to handle it differently.
I am a WordPress user with no backend experience, I can go through the installation and some very basic HTML and editing but nothing more. I have been using this theme for a good few months and have found it great and simple to use, but this morning, I logged on to the below.
Can anyone help me in simple easy to understand language (and with patience!!!!) I would really really appreciate it! Thanks a lot, MATT.

I am getting the same warnings after WP4.0 upgrade. When will the fix be available? Previous issues with the same warning have been fixed on a user by user basis. Are you still applying the same approach?
