Sorry! it’s not a problem. By default theme enables slogan and slider in blog page as well front page.
You can disable it in blog page via creating a new page with blog template.

Just create a new page with any name and at the right side of the page editor there you can see Page Attributes choose any template (Blog image large, Blog image medium and Blog full content) and publish the page. Now this page shows blog.
then go to Setting -> Reading under Your homepage displays option choose A static page option and select the page that you want to show in your Homepage and choose the page that you have just created on Post Page and save it.
Now just open that page and you will not see slogan and slider in your blog page.

Hi,

Add below custom CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Ambition Theme Options > Custom CSS
to increase the font size of post title and content as well as line height between the lines.

.entry-title {
	font-size: 30px !important;
	line-height: 30px !important;
}
body, input, textarea, select {
	font-size: 16px !important;
	line-height: 16px !important;
}

Note: Increase the digit value above to increase the font size and line height.

Just download the zip file from your account via our site and upload it and activate as you do for other themes and yes you will have the same data and settings. Free version is fully compatible to Premium version and you will not lost any thing. Just make sure that you have not modified theme main code before updating.

Actually those are widgets and you can customize it via Appearance > Customize > Widgets there you will see Front Page Content Section and Front Page Sidebar Section to set the categorized posts as per your need. You can view the video tutorial here as well.
