Hi Marc,

What you do is just deactivate all the plugins one by one and check? Also do delete all the slide and its fields and publish and again set it back to same and publish.

There is no such jQuery.fn.live() function used in add-image-script-widget.js file. Can you please deactivate the plugins one by one and check and let us know.
