You need to have to code for this. Just create a new page with any name and add your privacy content there then set that page via Settings > Privacy after that you will see that page in the footer automatically as your privacy page for your site.

Just login to your dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Post Layout there you will see the checkbox option Show Featured Image on Page/Single Post to show the posted photos in their entirety.
