Yes you can update only the revolution slider but we have also updated the theme before make sure that you have updated the theme before too.

If you have customize the code in any file then first backup your old version before deleting it and activate the new version. If you have customize the code in theme option or any file then your code and settings will be lost. If you have not then you settings will not be lost.

If you have not customize the code then there will be no any changes you will find but if you customize the code then your all customize code will be lost. So, first back up your previous version of clean retina pro and then only activate the new one.

You can find the revolution slider plugin inside theme directory -> library -> plugins in Clean Retina Pro and for Interface Pro theme go to the theme directory -> inc -> plugins
There you can find the latest version of Revolution slider plugin.

And Sorry Jorg about the email that we have send. There was a mistake in theme name.

And also We can not notify our users in WP because our pro themes are of subscription type and you have to manually activate.
