Just login to your admin site and go to Appearance > Customize > Advanced Options > Home Slogan Options there you can see the field for redirect button text and redirect button link to show the button same like our demo site.
And Can you please clarify what kind of banner you are talking to set instead of the PromoBox?

Please see your page source of your website and you will see the frame tag. To see the page source right click on your site and click on view page source or you can also see it by inspecting the page via developer tools from your browser.

Just go to the theme directory ultimate-pro/inc/structure/content-extensions.php on line no. 281 you will see the below line of code which adds post link to the featured image just remove it and save the file. Also we recommended you to create a child theme for theme code customization. So that the code won’t lost while you update the theme.

Sorry! We do not understand what you are trying to say?

If you are asking to have the pro version theme that you have purchased then just login to our site with the same username while you have purchased the theme and you will be redirected to your account page where you can see the download tab to download the Pro theme.

If menu item cross the limit then it automatically goes down to the next line. To preserve the menu to the same line you need to have a limited menu item. Also we have not seen any menu that goes to the middle of pages into your site.
