Whatever you download Ambition-pro(720kb) is itself a zip file. If you open it then it will open it as a folder. Whatever you download install it from your dashboard -> appearance -> themes-> add new

Hi Helder,

Yes currently we don’t have roboto font installed on our theme. You can try some other font instead of Roboto font. If you like to use roboto then it needs code customziation.
Go to theme folder -> inc -> admin-> interface-themedefaults-value.php on line no 650 and add this below code
"Roboto" => "Roboto",

We always recommended you to create a child theme so that while updating to new version all your customized code will be lost. So better make a child theme and customize the code to be safe from updated version.

Hi Helder,

We are using revolution slider in demo site. If you use post/page slider then however big image you upload, it will create 1440px width and height of 300px

So you use image slider instead of using page/post slider. All you have to upload from customizer. Uploading image from customizer will not reduce the size of image.

There is no any such scripts on Ambition pro. To make confirm you can even check on our demo site. Might be it is injected from some plugins. So once deactivate plugins one by one that you have installed on your dashboard. Also check on post editor or text widget section too.

Your website link is not working. Might be there is no any post so you are getting that issue. So if you donot have any post then dont use latest post. Use static page.
To set static page goto dashboard -> appearance -> setting -> (select static page) instead of selecting your latest post.

Sorry there will not be any data loss while updating the theme until and unless you have not customized the theme main code.
We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.
