Support Team – I disabled all the plugins, but am still having the issue. We have not customized the code in any way. How do I send you the username/login? Is there a private way to send a message?

when I go to
Design > Theme Options > Design Options > Custom Header
and I set show “Header Logo Only” instead of Text which is standard in this template, then menu goes upwards. This doesn’t look well because it is asymetrical!

How can I change this to the solution I want? The Custom Header Logo (only the logo which is left on the top) should be on the same height as the menu buttons …

Hi everyone,
I love my clean retina theme (wonderful job you guys did creating this theme). I was wondering, since, when reading Clean retina description, it states: ”Currently translated in Polish, Romanian, French, Swedish, German, Spanish, Persian and Russian,” and providing that these are the languages I want my site to be in, do I need to add a multi-lingual plugin such as mqtranslate, wpml, or any other out there to have my website translated in those languages still? Or I just need to create my contents and everything else needed for my site, add a language widget on the sidebar for users to be able to select their language and I am good to go? This question may sound silly, apologize for that but I need to know. Not very knowledgeable with those things. So, please help me here.

I think you have added some plugin or any custom code changed? First of all deactivate all the plugin. There is no issue in our theme and after all if there is still issue then
send the temporary username and password ?
We will look through it.

Please post on the new topic and on specific post. We don’t have that facility in our theme. You may use plugin to solve the problem.

Hi We have found that in some hosting there is having this error. Could you send temporary username and password at our contact form. We will try to solve the problem.
Suggestion:
The theme has our phone number and email address as links on the top of the page. Also shown is our address, which is not a link. This should be a link that opens up a map of the location (preferably without the user leaving the website – maybe on a page or in a pop-up layer).

IcedQuick – Under Settings>Reading>FrontPageDisplays I have “A static Page” is selected and the “Front Page” is set to my a page called “Home” and the “Posts Page” is set to a page called “News and Blog”. If I set “Posts Page” to the blank “–select–“, I no longer have a blog feed anywhere?!

did you add any plugin or any custom code ? if you added plugin then once deactivate it and check one by one. The slider must display only in home page or the front page not in the other page.
If still you found no solution the please send your temporary username and password we will have a look it.

I updated the Attitude Free to the last version 1.27 and smaller devices still shows ”Nevegación” instead of “Navegación” in spanish. Could you fix this in 1.28 ? Spanish spoken users will thank you, Regards!

Hi guys,
I have an ssl certificate and when I send users to https, the site-logo is not appearing. From my research it looks like your theme forces the logo to call the url from http. How can I fix this so that the site-logo appears regardless if it is http or https?
