Yes the page id is 290.There is no any problem if you work either on MAC or windows. Do you have site Url? So that we can help you. There might be some plugin conflict so it might be some issues too. So once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard too.

We have just visited to our site and there is no any issues with it. Its strange. what you do is first clear the server caching or ask your hosting provider to clear the cache of the server. Also deactivate plugins one by one. There may be some plugin conflict too and check that if it solves the issue. Could you please provide your temporary username and password Here

To update via ftp first download the attitude-pro themes on desktop and unzip it. Using an FTP goto public_html/wp-content/themes/ and upload it. Before doing it first of all back it up and remove it from /wp-content/themes/ before uploading your copy of Attitude Pro theme. After successful uploading Go to Appearance->Themes and activate Attitude Pro theme from Dashboard.

Yes you can use the latest version as you have a active subscription.
And Sorry automatic update feature is not available for now but we will soon add this feature. For now you have to manually install the theme as you did before. Just activate any other theme first and delete the previous version of the Clean Retina Pro theme then upload a latest version of the theme and activate it.

I have a couple of issues and I looked through all the different settings a couple of times and before I start a deep dive into PHP I wanted ti quickly check here:
1) Like on your demo website, I want to see the path to the specific page / post. How can I activate this?
2) sometimes the gray box with title is shown sometimes not – depending on the selected template, where can I make the gray box valid for every template also the default one
3) How do I have to add contact to the team page template. At the moment the template is apart from the title not returning any content?

Problem Resolved.
For Some other reason I deactivated and removed one of the plugins and now all sidebars are working perfect.
I fixed the problem by reactivated Photon. Now if only I could figure out why Photon is breaking my gifs :/ cbse 10th result

Did you download ambition pro themes from your account page. If yes then you have ambition-pro.zip file right. Then logon to dashboard -> appearance -> themes -> add new -> browse theme (select ambition-pro.zip) -> click on install and activate it.

No, there may be other issues. Once you try deactivating the child theme and activate only the parent theme and check whether the same problem occurs or not. Creating the child theme must not occur the server error.

Switching changes will take only effect for the first time only. So no removing the ambition pro theme and also reactivating the theme will not solve the issues because the settings for ambition pro is already setup in your data base. So the only way is you need to drag and drop all the widgets that you have added in your free version. We are sorry for the issues you got.
One thing you can do is download this plugins for widgets importer and exporter. Install this plugins in your dashboard and activate Ambition Free theme. Export the widgets using widget importer plugins. View below screenshot.

I don’t fully get what that means.
1) I have set the “Business page section” in Ambition free.
2) I have purchased the pro theme (yesterday)
3) I uploaded and activated pro as you suggested (Goto dashboard -> appearance -> themes -> add ambition-pro.zip theme and activate it.)
4) Changes I made in the (Ambition Free) don’t show in business page section of ambition pro
What do you suggest?
Shall I switch back to Ambition Free (all changes are still there)
remove the ambition pro theme and re-install it again?

Hi Amir,
It means that you have customized some code on php file OR you have activated ambition pro theme before settings “Business Page Section” in free version. Free theme data/contents are only compatible for the first time you activate the pro theme. After that the setting for Widgets/Sidebar for free and pro version will be individually set. So that you have to drag and drop again for the pro version.

Now I upgraded and activated the pro theme BUT UNFORTUNATELY LOST ALL configurations I made to the landing page using
the Business Layout.
This should not happen.
How can I prevent that?
