To add “/” between the categories then please go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below custom css code.

Yes some of your post is not showing the title but some other posts with Chinese title are showing. It’s being difficult for us to navigate the main problem into your site. So could you please edit those posts and replace the post title one more time and publish it also do check deactivating all the plugins one by one.

Recent posts shows your latest posts and some of your latest posts are on english language.
Also it seems that you have mixed posts with two languages (english and Chineses).
To have the same posts in different languages you have to use multilingual plugins.

How it comes that the get_privacy_policy_url() function call to undefined as this function is available from the WP core version 5.0+. May you have not update the WP version to 5.0+. Also can you please clarify the more detail about the error that you are getting while setting up the slider?
