Did you set the Image link, title and description for the facebook for that specific post? If not you have to set those as well.
We do not know which plugin you are using for SEO but you can set those easily via Yoast SEO plugin.

What you do is clear all the cache (server cache, site cache, browser cache and CDN cache) after that deactivate all the plugins one by one and check, may some of the plugins are not compatible to the PHP version that you upgraded.
