It seems that your subscription have already expired.
Actually after the purchase of our theme you will get free updates and support for one year from our support forum.
After one year if you want to continue with the update and support for the theme you will have to pay a small amount $15 for another year which was clearly written in our plans and pricing pages as well.
But you can continue to use the theme for the lifetime without renewing the yearly subscription.
The subscription renewal is a manual process and it’s up to you to renew your subscription or may cancel the subscription anytime.

To renew your subscription login to your account there you can see the pending renewal subscription order to renew your subscription.
