To put the navigation along side the header image Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

Hi Lazinbee,

Sorry! You have set the header image not a slider. To set the slider Go to Appearance > Customize > Ambition Theme Options > Featured Content to set the home page featured slider also if you need to add the secondary button/link for the slider you can add the button text as well as add the Button URL.

Note: Use a tag to feature your posts in the slider OR update your post as sticky to featured the posts in the slider.

To off the responsive features go to Appearance > Customize > Layout Options > Responsive Layout there you can off the responsiveness and have the site as same as the desktop view for small devices.
