once you create fr_FR.po and fr_FR.mo file and remove the interface-fr_FR.po and interface-fr_FR.mo file
remove interface- while creating the pot file.

For the contact form page
you go to the dashboard -> pages->contact
there at the right side you select the template name contact page template.
Then from the widget section sidebar, if you add anything then your content will be displayed otherwise the content will not be displayed at right side.

you create a folder name attitude_pro_child
then inside it you make one style and import all the css there,
and again make the functions.php file then here you need code customization. Still if you are unable then you may hire a developer to fix the issue.

We are sorry that we don’t have this feature in our attitude pro theme. You can make a code customization for it. Before customizing the code you need to make a child theme and edit the code or you may even hire a developer to fix it.

IF you know coding then you can customize the code by making the child theme or you may hire a developer to fix this problem.
We don’t have this facility and we designed our theme this way. So make child theme first and customize the code as you want.

Sorry we have designed our theme this way. To remove the anchor you need code customization for it.
You first make child theme and unhook the functions and edit your code because we recommend not to edit code so better make child theme and customize the code or you may hire a developer.
