We have designed our theme this way. No its not possible to have them input different value. Most of the clients wants breadcrumbs so support that plugins but if clients don’t install breadcrumbs then page title will only be displayed.

To change the favicon you go to the dashboard -> appearance -> settings-> design options -> favicon options
From there you can upload the favicon.

I think there is responsive off to view in your mobile. Go to dashboard -> apperance -> theme- options -> layout options -> responsive layout
Click on ON button. Then you will be able to see the responsive view.
