There may be some plugin conflict. Could you deactivate it one by one and check whether this problem still persists or not. We don’t have this problem in our theme. its working fine here.

We have update our theme compatible to WordPress 4.0 and disable some function that make error for the site.
Login to our site with the same username and password while you have purchase the theme and download the latest version of the theme.
If you have still one year subscription you will have access to the download the update fileThank you!

Actually we don’t have the exact idea. For the header content it is displayed from the theme folder(attitude-pro) -> library -> structure -> header-extension.phpYou may add your code in this file but We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.

you just create a functions.php on the clean retina pro (the root) and first unhook the functions and then only customise the code.

Could you please post this topic to related forum? You may go to the dashboard -> appearance -> widgets
There is footer column 1 ,footer column 2, footer column 3Just drag and drop the widgets to these column and remove the previous you have. So that you will be able to modify the footer widget.
