We have fixed your issue. The problem is that you have inserted this short codes insides header.php <?php putRevSlider("Slider1","homepage") ?>

But before making any changes in it first of all create a child theme and then only customize the code to be safe from data loss while updating to our new version. If you are unable to fix it then you need to hire a developer to fix it.

To add the slider and replace the default slider then it needs code customization. The file is inside theme folder-> inc-> structure-> header-extension.php

You have to customize the code. But before making any changes in it first of all create a child theme and then only customize the code to be safe from data loss while updating to our new version. If you are unable to fix it then you need to hire a developer to fix it.

Update Download and Instructions

Please note: make a backup of the Theme inside your WordPress installation folder/wp-content/themes/interface pro

To update the Theme, login to your account, head over to your downloads section and re-download the theme like you did when you bought it.

Extract the zip’s contents, look for the extracted theme folder, and after you have all the new files upload them using FTP to the /wp-content/themes/interface pro folder overwriting the old ones (this is why it’s important to backup any changes you’ve made to the theme files ).

If you didn’t make any changes to the theme files, you are free to overwrite them with the new ones without the risk of losing theme settings, pages, posts, etc, and backwards compatibility is guaranteed.

Hi Burim,

It needs code customization. We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.
