The only customization made was coding provided by this forum to remove the tags and categories from the blog page. That’s the only customization we have done. Help!

Hi phyllis,
Once go to dashboard -> appearance-> theme options -> layout options -> responsive layout and select it to on. I think you have set it to off.

I did that and followed steps and turned responsive layout on. However we have a domain forwarding to harbAndCo.com and when we type in HarbAndCerpa.com it is not mobile reponsive and dont know why.

Hi phyllis,

It seems that you have customized the code or used third party plugins or widgets and also i can see you have added some code in footer.php too. We cannot gurantee any other third party plugins that works in our theme. You may see it in our demo site and its working fine there. So you need to hire a developer to fix the layout issue.
