I just downloaded WP Portfolio… I have enough experience to edit the theme’s files directly if need be, but I am confused because the theme options under Site Identity and Theme Options talk about a site logo, but the only upload option I see is for a Site Icon, which is not also showing up as a logo for me. I tried changing the Header Options to logo only but it didn’t work. I scrolled through my custom CSS and made sure nothing was preventing it from appearing. Is there another place to upload a logo, and why am I not seeing it? Thanks!

Hi ak1,

Sorry for confusion. To display the logo go to dashboard -> Customize -> wp portfolio theme options -> Header options and select Header Logo Only from the radio button.

Thank you, but as I noted, I already did this, and it didn’t work. I don’t see any option to ‘upload logo’ anywhere. Where is that option? I uploaded the site icon, but it isn’t appearing as my logo when I select the Logo Only option. Thank you very much for your help with this.

Hi ak1,

Go to dashboard -> Customize -> Site Identity and upload the logo. There must be an logo options.
Then after go to dashboard -> Customize -> wp portfolio theme options -> Header options and select Header Logo Only from the radio button.

Doing this the logo must be appeared if you have not made any code customization in the theme. If you still have an issue then could you please Email Us your temporary username and password with site url. We will look what is the exact issue.

I had already done that. I have no edits to the theme files that affect logo. Didn’t work.
