Apologies for the late reply.

Why you need to add those function in page.php.
There is already a function name the_content() in the page.php which helps to loads content that you have added into your pages.
Can you please elaborate a bit more regarding to this problem?

Actually I’m using elementor page builder and when I try to open the newscard on it it shows the error content area not found. I went to elementor faq and it was written that one of the option to resolve it is to add the code<?php the_content(); ?>
Can you please help me resolve how to get error solved so that I can use elementor on your theme. Thank You

Apologies for the late reply.
We have test our theme with the Elementor Page Builder and we are able to create a page and use its elements in the page without any problem. Can you please clarify in which pages you are trying to use it? If you are using it in existing page then please provide us the exact page Url where you are trying to use this plugin?
