Hi Nideditha
First of all deactivate plugin one by one and check it whether it works or not. if still there is problem then just send temporary username and password . we will look on it.
Try to reply the post on particular post. This is only for installation.

Hi Luckydenvermi
Here is the process. Just rename the attitude-pro zip file which you have downloaded. then go to appreance- > theme -> upload the zip renamed file.
there you will see 2 attitude pro. To know the latest installation just check the version and activate it.
If you still feel confusion then just send the temporary username and password on our themehorse contactus form.
https://www.themehorse.com/contact/
and also send this thread link too.

@markmapstone I have run out of ideas for now as none of our other users also have reported this. If I get something on this, I will pass it to you.
@jolie As this issue has never occurred with other users. This might be a issue with the hosting as well. Please try to contact the hosting service provider and see if they can provide some help on this issue.
Hi,
I had a beautiful almost finished blog. then I tried to change the background pictures size to make it fit. I found a code by other users and added it to editor –> style.css–> background, it did not work so I deleted the changes again. but apparently I made a mistake because now my whole blog is mixed up (check it out under: http://www.ashakearoundtheusa.de).
this is what the code for background looks like now:
}
body {
background: url(“images/body-bg.png”) #ececec;
.wrapper {
max-width: 1038px;
is that correct? Please help me to get it back my blog (all sites and posts are still under my admin. it is just the general look that is totally different(a different format it seems). Is there an example of a attitude style.css code so I can compare it to mine and fix the mistake I made? I don’t have any idea about programming – please keep your advice as simple as possible. Please help me! I appreciate it. Thank you!
@April For the first question please refer to this support thread https://www.themehorse.com/support-forum/topic/removing-links-on-featured-slider/. Hope this might help you. If it is a coding customization then we don’t provide this in our support (we only provide small css tweaks, help users use the theme and option and fix the bugs in our free support). However, if our users try to make the coding customization themselves we are happy to guide theme like in the mentioned thread.
About the read more text changing option, this option is available in pro version you can purchase the pro version if you like for this or you may need to hire a developer to make this customization.
@andre For the email you can add as mailto:your_email_address. For the skype our validation function doesn’t recognize the skype:// protocol we will add this but for now you can use tinyurl generator http://tinyurl.com/ just paste you skype link like callto://username and it will generate your http:// based url, you can use this.
@MairiaM You don’t have to say sorry at all. We are happy to provide support to our users for few lines of css code :). Generally, if users ask for more styling options we refer our users to buy the pro theme (also users can enjoy other many features as well).
You can make the donation via paypal to this email address [email protected]. We really appreciate it. Thanks.
Hello, nice theme, quite user friendly. But can you tell me how to add the 6 text sections beneath the slider? Just so you know what I’m talking about – on the Attitude demo site the text sections are called –
Elegant Design
Responsive Design
Retina Ready
Support
Theme Options
Featured Slider
Also, how do you add the little icons in these sections or is it possible to use a thumbnail photo?
Thanks a lot.
@Markus Generally our users provide the language files for our theme. We have got the language files for free version but not for pro. What you could do is you could copy the language files from the ‘language‘ folder of the free attitude theme folder to the ‘language‘ folder for the attitude pro theme folder. This will also work for the pro version.

Hello,
can you solve my issue please?
i have send you at link who you said me my username and password
thank you
After some lengthy reading I did this with success.
Downloaded a fresh version of Word Press ( http://wordpress.org/download/ ).
Un-zipped the file.
Deleted “wp-admin” and “wp-includes” folders.
Then deleted “all” other files in my root folder except for “wp-config.php” and the “wp-content” folder.
I was then able to log in using my previous credentials (user and password).
I was prompted to update the mySql database.
Then all was good in my world once again.

Search results show up, but there are no links to the content where results are found.
In other words, the search result is a block of text with searched word highlighted, but no links are created to take user to where the searched word is on the site. Is there no function for that?
After a little bit of a run around, I was told that the problem stemmed from the theme’s code.
Here is the link to that thread:

All help is appreciated
