Do you mean changing here is not taking an effect? I have just tested it and its working fine. You mean background color options or background image? Once select the color and save it. Then check it on front end whether it works or not. If you have still an issue then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard one by one. And also did you made any code customization on the theme?

If there is no any code customiztion and backgroud image and color options does not work then Email Us your temporary username and password. Please don’t post your password on this forum too and also provide this forum link on email.

Hello,

I am working with the Premium version of Interface and would like to remove the Short Descriptions from my Featured Image Slider on the Business Page, so that the call-to-action buttons appear more intuitively as buttons to my end-users.

I’ve attempted removing the Short Descriptions in the Customizer (leaving ONLY the Titles), though the descriptions continue to appear on the slides. I’ve cleared my cache, so unfortunately that is not the issue.

I’m unable to publish the website externally at this time, though can send screen shots if there is a place to submit them.

It’s not difficult. Above code should work file. May it is conflicting to some css code.
It will be better if you provide us the temporary username and password via email. So, that we can set as you said also we will add a black with little transparent.

Hi Andra,

1) You cannot add any tag in the site title. So, it is not possible better you can try uploading images rather than site title.

2) Sorry its already there. User can click on the image and it will take you to the linked page. To link an image to a specific page you have to customize the code or you need to hire a developer.

First, gorgeous template, Theme Horse! Two questions:

1) My site title is BrandName TM. TM is the trademark symbol. How can I reduce the TM symbol to a smaller font than BrandName?

2) How can I code the slider image so that a user can click on the image and be taken to the linked page? Right now a user would click the Read Me icon, but the impulse is for users to click on the image instead.

We have designed our theme this way. If you want to remove the link of contact us then it needs code customisation. Before making changes in the code first of all create a child theme and then only customize the code. So that while updating to new version all your customized code will not be lost.
The link is added in phone number because if the user/ clients want to contact then they can call directly from their cell phone.

I have a problem for making a child file.

1. I have used a child directory for Interface Pro Version.
–> interface-pro-child
2. And I have made some child files.
–> head.php and style.css
–> Its no problem.
3. But I couldn’t make a child file for Function.php.
4. If I uploaded the file as a child file in the child directory,
—> I couldn’t load my homepage.
—-> Fatal error: Cannot redeclare interface_setup() (previously declared in /home/hosting_users/mimoonchurch/www/wp-content/themes/interface-pro-child/functions.php:19) in /home/hosting_users/mimoonchurch/www/wp-content/themes/interface-pro/functions.php on line 23.

5. This problem of error code also occurred even if I never modified the file Function.php.
(I mean that occurred the error only making a child file without modifying Function.php.)

6. Can’t I make a child file for function.php?
…Must only to access the original file?
