Yes as ‘the5krunner’ said if you have too many ads embedded into your content then they could be cause also using lots of plugins, can you try deactivate plugins one by one and check, and let us know the result.

Download it from your account page and upload it to your site.

Hi Bob,

WordPress now allows users to update an installed theme by uploading a ZIP file.
You need not have to delete old version now just upload the latest version as you did before. However, if you have customize the theme main code we recommended you to take backup of the theme before updating to the latest version and yes all the theme settings will be same as of the previous version.

To set social profiles just go to Appearance > Customize > Social Profiles and then add the full link to your Social Profiles in the textarea field. Separate each Social Profile link with comma.
