the above link is the screenshot of image. I don’t think there is a problem because we have designed our theme this way.
I can see the player too.
If still there is problem for you then you need code customization for it. Before customizing the code you need to make child theme first.

Hi Maribel,
I just visited your site. I thing in the hope page you are not getting the image right ? You have selected the blog full content template. So it is not showing there. Because we have designed our theme this way. In blog full content you will not get the featured image. You can get featured image in blog image larger and blog image medium but in blog full code you can keep the image in editor not in the featured image.

We have designed our theme this way. If you want to display from the featured image then you need code customization. But if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customization code will be lost. So we recommened not to customize the code.
There is once options for it. You better make the child theme and unhook the function and you can edit it in child theme.

Hi fiammetta,
Yes first you need to install the contact form 7 plugin. Then after this form will get a short code for you. Paste this short code to your page (contact us page) and then at the right side you select the template name contact.

Go to dashboard->settings->reading
there you select static front page. and there you select front page as home
below it Posts page: don’t select anything here. use default (–select–)
