Hi guys!

First of all I want to say how much I adore this theme! I have been through literally thousands of templates when I was looking for the right one and when I finally bumped into Clean Retina I knew I had found my perfect theme! Thank you very much for making a free version available, aswell as the premium one.

I’m only getting to know how everything works, so I haven’t finished writing the content for my website yet and am still playing around.
My website is for my practice, a small business, so I want it to have the corporate look (trattamentienergetici.it). I was playing with the various possibilities and I tried to put the boxes into my corporate page. Now I can’t seem to make one of them disappear for good, as I’ve decided I prefer a plain content page without added elements.
I’ve been trying anything I could think of, but it’s still there and it’s on every single page… Can you help?

I have also installed the contact form 7 plugin to get a contact form on my “Contatti” page, but it seems to only publish the code I was supposed to copy into the contact page to make the form happen. Any suggestions?

Hi fiammetta,
Yes first you need to install the contact form 7 plugin. Then after this form will get a short code for you. Paste this short code to your page (contact us page) and then at the right side you select the template name contact.
This works for you

Hi Sunil,

I have installed the plugin correctly as I was supposed to, but I still don’t get to see the form on the page I would like it to be. If you check my site you’ll see that it publishes the exact code I was supposed to copy into the text part of my page, instead of making a contact form out of it. Any suggestions?

And can you help with my other issue of getting rid of the box on my corporate page (see my first email)?

hi i just visited the site. I think its not the word press site and also you are not using clean retina free too.
Or you have given the URL is wrong ?

Hi we have just fixed your issue. You need to choose the standard template from right side of the editor page instead of corporate template.

Hi,
thank you very much for solving my contact form issue.
Is there anything you can tell me on how to get rid of that box saying “pagina vuota” on all my other pages? I want the corporate and not the blog layout, but NO boxes…
