actually i didn’t get the exact problem. I think you need to install the fresh wordpress and install it because there may be something issue or some thing missing so that you are not getting the preview.
Its not the theme issue its the core wordpress issue

we don’t think there is a glitch in our new update. I think you have changed the css from editor which you are doing wrong. Because you must not customize the style.css. If you want to change it then you must make the child theme first and then customize whatever you want. Changing in the core file will lost the customization css. We always recommended not to change the core code if you change it then you must not update the new version.

we have designed our theme this way. Sorry for this but you may code customize it to in your own style. Better make child theme before customizing any code. Because while updating to our new version all your customization code will be lost so its important to make child theme before customizing and if you are unable you may hire a developer to fix it.

we have designed our theme this way. If you really want to remove the header then you need code customization for it. Better make child theme and you may be able to remove the header.
If you wanna customization code then its inside library-> structure-> header-extension.php
you can remove from there but we recommend not to change the code because while updating to our new version all your customization code will be lost.

Yes its safe to download. But first of all we recommenced to backup the file and also if you have custom code then all your customization code will be lost. So be aware if you have not changed any code then its safe to update. If you have changed some thing in the code then please don’t update because all your customization code will be lost.

first of all download the zip theme and then rename it.
Then go to dashboard-> appearance-> themes-> add new
and upload that zip theme. The same two theme will be shown there and preview the theme. You can find the new one with its latest version after preview.
Then active the latest version.
The next way is from ftp
go to ftp of your site
inside wp-content->themes
upload the new version of the theme and before doing that first rename the older version of theme.

yes exactly first of all you rename the attitude folder pro from your ftp and then only install it. Because on the same directory the same folder cannot be used.
