Its due to the size of your image. At the top of image there is white space so you saw the image below the menu. You may use dashboard-> apperance=> header
from here you can change the image at the top and put image.

You want to display 2 menus? We have designed our theme this way in our theme adding 2 menu is not possible. If you are good at programming then you may change the code.
attitude-pro -> inc -> structure -> header-extension.php
From here you may customize the code but we recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all the customization code will be lost. So better make a child theme and first unhook the functions and then you may edit the code.

Ok you did it correct. But you must choose the business template from dashboard-> pages -> home page
Edit the home page and at the right side there is template click on it any you will be able to see business page template
Select it and update. Then it will work

When you upload the fresh wordpress there is wp-confip.php file not inside the theme.

Yes this will set the image for the home page slider
add_image_size( ‘slider’, 962, 720, true); // used on Featured Slider on Homepage Header

for the featured image blog post
add_image_size( ‘featured’, 700, 720, true);

After changing the settings you need to upload and set the image again. So that it will display according to your setting.
