Ok that’s great and adding header logo go to dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> design options -> custom header and add your header image.

There is no any custom css to remove the slider permalink in free version. So you just need code customisation. Create a child theme and customise the code. If you are unable to customise the code then you need to hire a developer to fix it.

Yes you need plugins to make the site bi-lingual. But you need to hire a developer to add flag on certain position as you want. Because it needs code customisation.

If you want to display post link with slider then you simply add post id to display in slider. Use featured image in post.
Then go to dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> featured post page slider -> featured post/page slider options and add your post id.
