This is responsive design. If you don’t want this responsive layout then there is an options. Just go to dashboard -> appearance -> theme options -> layout options -> responsive layout and select OFF button.

To remove the text in the slider, Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

display:none;
}
.featured-text .featured-content {
display: none;
}

Hi CC,
First of all did you customize any code? If no, then deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and then check it. If the problem still persist then
try to upload your image from the logo uploader. Before clicking on “insert into post” Check whether you have selected none or File Url or attached post Url

Hi hypergolica,
Copy the theme file in you PC that we have provided while you bought Clean Retina Pro theme. After doing backup your database from CPanel. Then delete the old version of your theme and install the fresh new version.
If you have not make any changes in core file of Clean Retina Pro than your data will not be lost. If you made any changes on the core file then all your customisation code will be lost.

All your settings will be saved in your database so you need not to worry while updating to new version but there should not be made any code customisation.

We cannot make automatic update functions because we only have once year of subscription.

The length of the text is displayed from the excerpt. You need to change in the core file. We always recommended you to change create a child theme before making any changes on it.
The core file is inside interface -> inc -> functions -> functions.php on line no 146 and change the numeric value to any value you want.

function interface_excerpt_length( $length ) {
	return 50;  // this will return 50 words in the excerpt
}

Which footer image do you want to change ? Do you want to change the infobar background image in footer as in our demo site. Then here is the screenshot

While creating the topic could you please post the topic in particular forum. To disable the link from slider its not possible. So it needs code customization. We have designed our theme this way. So first of all make child theme and then only customize the code.

We have designed our theme with service widgets in four column. This feature is not available in our theme. It needs css and code customization. So you need to hire a developer to fix the issue. Before making any changes first of all you need to create a child theme then only customize the code.

After changing the slider size then you need to regenerate the thumbnail with this plugins
Use this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ to regenerate the images.
