For that you can create a custom link from dashboard -> appearance -> menus and add custom link (Use # sign for it). Using # sign will not be clickable to any page

I think you are talking about your logo.
Try changing your header image from dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> Design Options -> Custom Header

Did you tried by deactivating all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard? If still have an issues then please

To add portfolios as shown on demo site. Goto dashbaord -> post -> add new. Create post with title, featured image and content. Repeat this process for next post too and so on.

There is no any issue with it. You post or search post are displayed here latest first. So the next page will be previously. If you click on previous then on the below bottom there is also a next button. If no next topic then the next button will not be displayed. We have designed our theme this way. If you like changing on it then it needs code customization.

Yes the page id is 290.There is no any problem if you work either on MAC or windows. Do you have site Url? So that we can help you. There might be some plugin conflict so it might be some issues too. So once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard too.

The default font we are using is “PT Sans” It will load by default. So you don’t need to add this font. We recommended you to use Philosopher, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Raleway

If you want to display only that category(“News”) then goto dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> Advance Options -> Home Page blog category settings

Selecting category will only be displayed on home/ front page.

You can add privacy, sitemap pages on footer widget area by creating a custom menu. But if you are talking about where there is copyright and social profiles then you have to purchase pro version. You cannot edit that section in free version.

Our default is blog image large. So blog image medium will not work for category. It needs some code customziation. Go to theme folder -> library -> functions -> functions.php -> content-extensio.php on line no 384 you will find below code

$image .= get_the_post_thumbnail( $post->ID, 'featured', array( 'title' => esc_attr( $title_attribute ), 'alt' => esc_attr( $title_attribute ) ) ).'</a>';
replace with
$image .= get_the_post_thumbnail( $post->ID, 'featured-medium', array( 'title' => esc_attr( $title_attribute ), 'alt' => esc_attr( $title_attribute ) ) ).'</a>';

We recommended not to change the code because if you change the code then while updating to our new version all your customisation code will be lost. So better make child theme and first unhook the functions and the edit the code.

you can add using text widget. Drag and drop text widgets to footer column 1 ,2 or 3. Get your google iframe code from maps.google.com and add your iframe code on footer widgets.
