We created locally a web site as http://tdwpharma.com and published it as http://polarispharma.com. We changed the two URLs in WordPress Settings -> General and were able to refresh all the links for graphics. However we are unable to refresh the link for the header image. It is trying to get the image from the old http://tdwpharma.com web site. We tried to delete the old image and upload it again, it did not work.

Please help us. TIA!

Hi Jim,
I think you are talking about your logo.
Try changing your header image from dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> Design Options -> Custom Header

Did you tried by deactivating all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard? If still have an issues then please

Your suggestion solved my problem. Originally I tried to make change from dashboard -> appearance -> customize -> header image.

What is the difference between those two locations?

Hi Jim,

Header image is displayed at the top of the page but Custom header is designed for logo image if some don’t want to add site title.
