Hello –

So far the theme has been great and working really well. I came into work today and the images are no longer showing in the header/slider. I checked and all the images are still in the media section and attached to those posts.

I am not sure what happened and everything still seems to be in place. Any ideas or suggestions?

@Dane Just checked your site and I could not see the images while checking the page source/html. Please check if images are set as featured image to the post/page that you have used in the slider.

I have everything set up. Here is a screen shot of the theme settings: http://www.bkd.com/images/sage-screenshot.png.

It was all working fine till I came in yesterday and the pictures are just no longer showing up. The text and everything still changes just no big images. Let me know if you need any more screen shots or if I should make you a guest author to get into the system.

Anywhere else I should look to see where the problem is?

Hey Dane-
I noticed in addition to your images missing that you seem to have a similar issue as I do- the little boxes of text that show up over the slider images (I don’t know they are called) show up only when the screen is pretty large/ wide open, as you start to shrink down the size of the webpage those disappear pretty quickly. I’ve looked at a couple other people’s sites and notice those don’t disappear so quickly. I put a note in the support forum earlier, but haven’t heard back. I’m also having problems with the header on the homepage shifting right instead of staying centered when it is larger. But only on the homepage.
Ugh.
Any thoughts you have are appreciated.

@Dane Yes it looks fine in the slider settings, just checked the image that you provided. But I want you to conform that featured images are set up for those post that you added in the slider. Please check on that.

@Jolie About the text above the slider disappearing in small devices, we have actually designed the theme in that way. You can try viewing our demo page.
