Is there any way to make the Front Page (a static page) display the same title bar as the other pages (the same colour as the menu being the background to the centralised page title)?

hi njfreestone,

You can use Slogan Options from Dashboard -> Apperance -> Customize -> Advance Options -> Home Slogan Options to display the same appearance for other page title.
