Hey there,

I’ve been using this theme for quite some time now and I really like it!
There is one thing however I’m really struggling with:

My featured images that appear on the homepage slider have the size 900px * 500 px.
As the default slider size is 962*390, my images are always cropped and do not really fit in the slider.
How can I change the slider, so that my images will appear in full size?

I already searched the internet and found a page where some changes in the functions.php are described:

I tried it, but nothing changed. images remain cropped and the size of the slider doesn’t change.

I don’t want to set a static page as the homepage as I really like the corporate layout and want to keep it. the only problem is the slider….Please help.

You do not have to change any file in the function.php as replied here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/content-slider-deminsion
First regenerated the thumbnail via https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/?
If you have upload the image size 962*390 before then images will be regenerated otherwise you have to upload the image once again with max size 962*390 to have the default slider size that our theme recommended.
