if there is any way to replace eg “featured post 2” with some widget? I would like to place there two widgets weather and newsletter singup form, but I didnt found anywhere possibility to edit that part.

Sorry those section are not for the widgets. It needs a code customization so you need to hire a developer as this a new feature to add in the theme.
