This problem is occurred according to the hosting. This problem is occurred in some hosting so we just ask the username and password with site url and remove the issue from the dashboard. We have fixed this issues for almost all users.

i got the password. I need administrator password. I think you provided username and password does not have plugins and theme options access. We recommended you not to paste the username and password in this forum link. Just send your username and password details inside [email protected]
1 think did you customise the code ? We recommended you to again download the pro version of theme and install it again. Hope doing that all your problem will be solve.

Could you provide the site url ? Did you install some plugins? IF you have added some plugins then just deactivate it one by one. There may be plugin conflict. IF you are still unable then just mail us at [email protected] with this forum topic url, site url and temporary username and password.

On my site: http://www.bluegrassbrides.com, many of my contact forms aren’t sending. The green arrow spins and spins, but the users never get confirmation that it has been sent and I never receive the email. I hate to switch to a new form since this is what you recommend, but I need this to work. Can you look into why it might not be working?

There is a space in between will and Allen. You just create a new user and login it with the user name and create a post. Then it will work.
